Suicidal Abortion

As the shiny blade of the butcher knife that she was holding in her hand was slowly slicing her pregnant body, she was feeling a true feeling of liberation through pain and death. She took off the feeble life growing within her belly that she considered as a living cancer and strangled it with its own blood stained umbilical cord. She stared at it for long minutes that seemed like eternities to her agonizing body, and then she died with her stomach wide opened for the flies to come and spawn thousands of infectious lives from this dead flesh.
